All merchandise is tested before we pawn or buy an item. We do not want something that does not work anymore than you! Our warehouse staff also tests items again during processing to make products ready to go to the sale floor.
Yes! Gene's has been handling all sorts of repair work from setting stones to simple solder work.
Thank you so much for your business! On the top of the screen above the item title there is a spot where it says availability, there is an address. This is the location where your item is located. Please bring your ID and copy of receipt, email, or screenshot on your phone. Show it to one of our friendly sales representatives and we will get your item. It's that easy!
Currently we do not offer holds for items online for sale. All items online are for sale until the item is paid for.
We do offer layaway with 10% down. We offer up to 10month layaways free of charge. Some items require shorter term layaways such as handguns. Please inquire at the store the item is located.

If you pick up in store, you will have to fill out paperwork and pass a background check. You will need a valid I.D. You must be a SC resident to purchase a handgun or have permanent duty orders if in the Military.
If purchased and want us to ship, you will have to give us the information of the FFL dealer you want us to send the gun to and then go there and pass a background check. Most will charge a transfer fee. This varies from one store to another. Shipping fees will apply in addition to cost of gun.
There is a 3 day period on all items sold online. If an item is not picked up in 3 days a refund will be issued to your credit card and the item will be reposted for sale. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact the store where you bought the item.
